Thinking about getting some classic luggage for your motorbike? Our packing videos show exactly how much you can get into one of our deceptively spacious topboxes or panniers. Whether it's a weekend away or the daily commute, our vintage style hard luggage can carry it all.

Using two of our Golden Arrow classic panniers, you can take everything you need for a camping trip. All you need now is the tent (and dry weather!)

What luggage can I fit to my bike?

It depends on which bike you have! If you have a tubular luggage rack fitted to your bike already, you can fit any of our topboxes (except the Monte Stella, for scooters only). The fitting kits listed on our site will say if they can fit either topbox, panniers or both. Most panniers will fit most machines, but the Meteor panniers are specially designed for upswept silencers.


I’ve already got a luggage rack, will your topboxes fit?

If you have a tubular luggage rack fitted to your bike already, you can fit any of our topboxes (except the Monte Stella, which only fits the curved rear of scooters). All of our topboxes come with omega-shaped clamps to fit to a tubular rack. 


Can you make your luggage match the colour of my bike?

Probably! We can colour match hundreds of colours and can even do two-tone options as well as metallics. Ideally we need the RAL code for the colour or a postcard sized sample so we can scan it. Any colour other than black or white has a surcharge.


I have some old Craven luggage already, but it needs a spruce up, can you help?

Absolutely. Look at our ‘Fixtures & Fittings’ here to find new locks, hinges, strapping and stickers, as well as extra clamps, nuts and bolts. However, we cannot supply keys to match what you already have as our locks are modern.


How much is shipping?

Shipping within the UK is free. Shipping outside the UK varies with the size and weight of your order, and the destination of course! We ship worldwide. How do your monthly payment installments work?

We offer several different payment methods, one of which allows you to pay in three installments. This is not a credit agreement, it does not cost any extra, there is no interest to be charged. We take the first payment the day your order is despatched, usually one-third of the total cost. The second 30 days later, and the third 60 days later. We will use the same credit or debit card each time. This payment method can only be used for orders over £50 and is managed by our secure payment provider TakePayments.

How are your luggage boxes made?

Mostly by hand by our Graham, just like they used to be (the ‘by hand’ part, not Graham, he’s not that old!). Most of our equipment is made in Britain. You can read more about our process here, or watch the video on our homepage to see our workshop in action. 


Do you sell gift vouchers?

Absolutely! Prices start from just £1, and we often run a special offer in December for Christmas, see here.

Every other month we send out an e-newsletter, filled with customer photos, new products and something from Ken Craven's travel archives. There may be special offers, new parts, videos from our workshop and always photos of our customers out on their adventures! Our newsletter will be the first place to hear about new kits we've developed, as well as events we might be attending!

Placing An Order - Orders can be placed through our online shop, by email, instant messenger or over the phone. We also have a shop you can visit in person if you're in the neighbourhood! See our Contact Us page for details.

Online Shop Orders - The easiest way to order is via our online shop, as you will be prompted for all the required information. Firstly log in or create an account. Then browse our online catalogue to find what you need. If you cannot find something either contact us before submitting your order, or provide a description in the ‘comments’ box when checking out. When checking out you will have the opportunity to provide a delivery address alternate to your billing address. You can also use the comments box to advise us of any special delivery requests or instructions. We will try to accommodate where possible.

Custom Orders - We offer custom colours and finishes for our racks and luggage. Please include details of what you require in the 'comments' box at the checkout or contact us directly to discuss. We are always expanding our range so if you cannot see your make or model, or you have a custom machine, contact us directly to arrange a consultation with our workshop to see what we can do.

Payment - We accept Paypal through the online shop, but if you wish to pay using a credit or debit card please include this instruction in the 'comments' box and we will contact you. If you're visiting us in person you can pay cash of course!

Despatching orders - All orders despatched to a UK address have free shipping. Orders despatched to address outside of the UK have reduced shipping. Please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote without obligation.

Lost Parcels - Occasionally parcels and packages get lost but all our orders are insured automatically and in the majority of cases at no extra cost to you. Royal Mail does not consider an untracked item as lost until at least 10 working days have passed. If in doubt please contact us, confirming the delivery address, we will do our very best to locate the package if possible. If it is confirmed as lost we will replace the items.

Returns - We are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange, please contact us to let us know why you wish to return any part of your order. Return shipping must be covered by you, and will be refunded upon receipt of your return if we have made a mistake or the parts are not correct. If you have changed your mind, return shipping costs must be covered by you. Custom orders are viewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before returning a custom order. 

Faulty or incorrect items - If anything does not meet the high standard you expect, or does not work in the way it should, please contact us in the first instance and we will do whatever we can to put it right, either through replacement or refund.

Warranty - All our equipment comes with an automatic 10-year warranty, as we are sure of the products we manufacture and sell. Please keep your receipt in a safe place.


General Terms and Conditions -

  1. Prices are correct at the last update of the website. Please be aware that they can go up as well as down!
  2. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT and are in GBP. We do not offer prices in any other currency.
  3. VAT will be deducted at the checkout for countries outside of the EU.
  4. The online shop is not a live stock website, items on the website are not necessarily ‘in stock’, they are only ‘available’.
  5. Most item photos are of the actual item itself. In some cases we may use a generic item for illustration. When manufacturers change the appearance /material/ contents of a kit without notice we will do our best to update the image as soon as possible.
  6. Harassment or abuse, verbal or otherwise, to our staff will not be tolerated. Anyone using profane or derogatory language to our staff may be refused service and have their account suspended without notice.
